No matter what you call them, its about something you want to do or achieve. So what happens is we set a Goal, New Years Resolution or Intention but nothing happens. We don't do 'IT', or don't achieve 'IT', what ever IT is for you.
At this session we will look at a simple way of setting goals, but also what the next steps are for achieving your goals. And then we'll talk about ways to help you with your follow through.
